Ergo Challenge - 19th May 2012
To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Walton Amateur Regatta (now the Walton & Weybridge Regatta) we are holding an ergo challenge in the Plaza at The Heart shopping centre in Walton-on-Thames on 19th May 2012, the weekend prior to the event. We are aiming to ergo the 3,000km between Athens (the last European Olympic venue) and Eton Dorney (the venue for the 2012 rowing events). The rowing clubs that contribute to the Regatta are all collecting ergo distances from training and this will culminate in the final push for Dorney on 19th May. Come along to The Heart on 19th May and be part of Walton-on-Thames' celebrations of the 2012 London Olympic Games!
